Travelers cannot accept requests without adding a valid trip. We verify PNRs (Passenger Name Records) to ensure the journey is real and the traveler is actually traveling.

If a user asks you to carry suspicious items, makes unusual requests, or behaves fraudulently, report them immediately through the Platform or via safety@gulfmitra.com.
Users who violate community standards, engage in harassment, fraud, or illegal activity will face account suspension or permanent ban without refund or recourse.
